Translation of the meanings Ayah: (42) Surah: Yūsuf
وَقَالَ لِلَّذِیْ ظَنَّ اَنَّهٗ نَاجٍ مِّنْهُمَا اذْكُرْنِیْ عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ ؗ— فَاَنْسٰىهُ الشَّیْطٰنُ ذِكْرَ رَبِّهٖ فَلَبِثَ فِی السِّجْنِ بِضْعَ سِنِیْنَ ۟۠
അവര് രണ്ടുപേരില് നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നവനാണ് എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ച ആളോട് അദ്ദേഹം (യൂസുഫ്) പറഞ്ഞു: 'നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ അടുക്കല് നീ എന്നെ പറ്റി പ്രസ്താവിക്കുക'. എന്നാല് തന്റെ യജമാനനോട് അത് പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം പിശാച് അവനെ മറപ്പിച്ച് കളഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ ഏതാനും കൊല്ലങ്ങള് അദ്ദേഹം (യൂസുഫ്) ജയിലില് താമസിച്ചു.
