Translation of the meanings Ayah: (39) Surah: Ar-Ra‘d
یَمْحُوا اللّٰهُ مَا یَشَآءُ وَیُثْبِتُ ۖۚ— وَعِنْدَهٗۤ اُمُّ الْكِتٰبِ ۟
അല്ലാഹു താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് മായ്ച്ചുകളയുകയും (താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്) സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. മൂലഗ്രന്ഥം അവന്‍റെ പക്കലുള്ളതാണ്‌.(15)
15) 'കിതാബ്' എന്ന വാക്കിന് ഗ്രന്ഥമെന്നും രേഖയെന്നും അര്‍ത്ഥമുണ്ട്. ഈ വചനം അല്ലാഹുവിൻ്റെ പ്രാപഞ്ചികഭരണത്തിലെ നടപടി ക്രമത്തെപ്പറ്റി പൊതുവായി പരാമര്‍ശിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നാണ് മിക്ക വ്യാഖ്യാതാക്കളുടെയും വീക്ഷണം. എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കും അവന്‍ സമയപരിധി നിശ്ചയിച്ചു രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കും വ്യവസ്ഥ വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. കാലാവധി നിശ്ചയിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അവന്‍ വേദഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങള്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. നിയമങ്ങളില്‍ ചിലത് അവന്‍ കാലാനുസൃതമായി മാറ്റുകയും, ചിലത് സ്ഥിരമായി നിലനിര്‍ത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. പ്രപഞ്ചനാഥനായ അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ പക്കലുളള രേഖയാണ് പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന്‍റെ മൂലഗ്രന്ഥം.
