Translation of the meanings Ayah: (134) Surah: Tā-ha
وَلَوْ اَنَّاۤ اَهْلَكْنٰهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ مِّنْ قَبْلِهٖ لَقَالُوْا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَاۤ اَرْسَلْتَ اِلَیْنَا رَسُوْلًا فَنَتَّبِعَ اٰیٰتِكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ نَّذِلَّ وَنَخْزٰی ۟
ഇതിനു മുമ്പ് വല്ല ശിക്ഷ കൊണ്ടും നാം അവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നുവെങ്കില് അവര് പറയുമായിരുന്നു: ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, നീ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഞങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് ഒരു ദൂതനെ അയച്ചുതന്നില്ല? എങ്കില് ഞങ്ങള് അപമാനിതരും നിന്ദിതരുമായിത്തീരുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് നിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളെ ഞങ്ങള് പിന്തുടരുമായിരുന്നു.
