Translation of the meanings Ayah: (61) Surah: Al-‘Ankabūt
وَلَىِٕنْ سَاَلْتَهُمْ مَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ لَیَقُوْلُنَّ اللّٰهُ ۚ— فَاَنّٰی یُؤْفَكُوْنَ ۟
ആകാശങ്ങളും ഭൂമിയും സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയും സൂര്യനെയും ചന്ദ്രനെയും കീഴ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തത് ആരാണെന്ന് നീ അവരോട് (ബഹുദൈവവിശ്വാസികളോട്‌) ചോദിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അവര്‍ പറയും: അല്ലാഹുവാണെന്ന്. അപ്പോള്‍ എങ്ങനെയാണ് അവര്‍ (സത്യത്തില്‍ നിന്ന്‌) തെറ്റിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്‌?(16)
16) ബഹുദൈവാരാധകരില്‍ ഭൂരിപക്ഷം പേര്‍ എക്കാലത്തും പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന്റെ സ്രഷ്ടാവും പരിപാലകനും ഏകനായ അല്ലാഹുവാണെന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായിരുന്നു. എന്നിട്ടും ഈ വിശ്വാസത്തിന്റെ താല്പര്യത്തിന് വിരുദ്ധമായിക്കൊണ്ട് യാതൊരു അര്‍ഹതയും ഇല്ലാത്തവരെ അവര്‍ ആരാധിക്കുകയും പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
