Translation of the meanings Ayah: (48) Surah: Āl-‘Imrān
وَیُعَلِّمُهُ الْكِتٰبَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَالتَّوْرٰىةَ وَالْاِنْجِیْلَ ۟ۚ
9) ബൈബിള് പഴയ നിയമമാണ് തൗറാത്ത് (തോറാ) എന്നും, പുതിയ നിയമമാണ് ഇന്ജീല് എന്നുമാണ് കരുതപ്പെടുന്നത്. എന്നാല് ഈസാ നബി(عليه السلام)ക്കും മൂസാ നബി(ليه السلام)ക്കും അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട സന്ദേശത്തിനു പുറമെ പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ചരിത്രകാരന്മാരും കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്ത ചില അംശങ്ങളും ഇന്നത്തെ ബൈബിളില് കടന്നുകൂടിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നാണ് ബൈബിളിൻ്റെയും ക്രൈസ്തവ സഭകളുടെയും ചരിത്രത്തില് നിന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കാന് കഴിയുന്നത്.
