Ayah: 96

اِنَّ اَوَّلَ بَیْتٍ وُّضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذِیْ بِبَكَّةَ مُبٰرَكًا وَّهُدًی لِّلْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟ۚ
തീര്‍ച്ചയായും മനുഷ്യര്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഒന്നാമത്തെ ആരാധനാ മന്ദിരം ബക്കയില്‍(18) ഉള്ളതത്രെ. (അത്‌) അനുഗൃഹീതമായും ലോകര്‍ക്ക് മാര്‍ഗദര്‍ശകമായും (നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു.)
18) പരിശുദ്ധ മക്കക്ക് അറബിയില്‍ ബക്ക എന്നൂം പേരുണ്ട്.
