Translation of the meanings Ayah: (16) Surah: An-Nisā’
وَالَّذٰنِ یَاْتِیٰنِهَا مِنْكُمْ فَاٰذُوْهُمَا ۚ— فَاِنْ تَابَا وَاَصْلَحَا فَاَعْرِضُوْا عَنْهُمَا ؕ— اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِیْمًا ۟
നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് ആ നീചവൃത്തി ചെയ്യുന്ന രണ്ടുപേരെയും നിങ്ങള്‍ പീഡിപ്പിക്കുക.(11) എന്നാല്‍ അവര്‍ ഇരുവരും പശ്ചാത്തപിക്കുകയും നടപടി നന്നാക്കിത്തീര്‍ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന പക്ഷം നിങ്ങള്‍ അവരെ വിട്ടേക്കുക. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു പശ്ചാത്താപം ഏറെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവനും കരുണാനിധിയുമാകുന്നു
11) വ്യഭിചാരത്തില്‍ ഏര്‍പ്പെടുന്ന സ്ത്രീ പുരുഷന്‍മാരെ പറ്റിയുള്ളതാണ് ഈ വചനമെന്നാണ് പല ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ വ്യാഖ്യാതാക്കളുടെയും അഭിപ്രായം. പ്രകൃതിവിരുദ്ധ ബന്ധത്തില്‍ ഏര്‍പ്പെടുന്ന പുരുഷന്‍മാരെ പറ്റിയുള്ളതാണെന്നും ചിലര്‍ക്ക് അഭിപ്രായമുണ്ട്. വ്യഭിചാരത്തിനുള്ള ഖണ്ഡിതമായ ശിക്ഷാനിയമം ഇതിന് ശേഷമാണ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.
