Translation of the meanings Ayah: (34) Surah: An-Nisā’
اَلرِّجَالُ قَوّٰمُوْنَ عَلَی النِّسَآءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلٰی بَعْضٍ وَّبِمَاۤ اَنْفَقُوْا مِنْ اَمْوَالِهِمْ ؕ— فَالصّٰلِحٰتُ قٰنِتٰتٌ حٰفِظٰتٌ لِّلْغَیْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللّٰهُ ؕ— وَالّٰتِیْ تَخَافُوْنَ نُشُوْزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوْهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوْهُنَّ فِی الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوْهُنَّ ۚ— فَاِنْ اَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلَا تَبْغُوْا عَلَیْهِنَّ سَبِیْلًا ؕ— اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلِیًّا كَبِیْرًا ۟
പുരുഷന്‍മാര്‍ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ മേല്‍ നിയന്ത്രണാധികാരമുള്ളവരാകുന്നു. മനുഷ്യരില്‍ ഒരു വിഭാഗത്തിന് മറു വിഭാഗത്തേക്കാള്‍ അല്ലാഹു കൂടുതല്‍ കഴിവ് നല്‍കിയത് കൊണ്ടും, (പുരുഷന്‍മാര്‍) അവരുടെ ധനം ചെലവഴിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടുമാണത്‌. അതിനാല്‍ നല്ലവരായ സ്ത്രീകള്‍ അനുസരണശീലമുള്ളവരും, അല്ലാഹു സംരക്ഷിച്ച പ്രകാരം (പുരുഷന്‍മാരുടെ) അഭാവത്തില്‍ (സംരക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതെല്ലാം) സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നവരുമാണ്‌. എന്നാല്‍ അനുസരണക്കേട് കാണിക്കുമെന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ ആശങ്കിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളെ നിങ്ങള്‍ ഉപദേശിക്കുക. കിടപ്പറകളില്‍ അവരുമായി അകന്നു നില്‍ക്കുക. അവരെ അടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത് കൊള്ളുക.(22) എന്നിട്ടവര്‍ നിങ്ങളെ അനുസരിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം പിന്നെ നിങ്ങള്‍ അവര്‍ക്കെതിരില്‍ ഒരു മാര്‍ഗവും തേടരുത്‌. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു ഉന്നതനും ഏറ്റവും വലിയവനുമാകുന്നു.
22) ലഘുവായ അടിയേ പാടുള്ളൂവെന്ന് നബിവചനങ്ങള്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു
