Translation of the meanings Ayah: (142) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
وَوٰعَدْنَا مُوْسٰی ثَلٰثِیْنَ لَیْلَةً وَّاَتْمَمْنٰهَا بِعَشْرٍ فَتَمَّ مِیْقَاتُ رَبِّهٖۤ اَرْبَعِیْنَ لَیْلَةً ۚ— وَقَالَ مُوْسٰی لِاَخِیْهِ هٰرُوْنَ اخْلُفْنِیْ فِیْ قَوْمِیْ وَاَصْلِحْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ سَبِیْلَ الْمُفْسِدِیْنَ ۟
മൂസായ്ക്ക് നാം മുപ്പത് രാത്രി നിശ്ചയിച്ച് കൊടുക്കുകയും, പത്ത് കൂടി ചേര്ത്ത് അത് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അങ്ങനെ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് നിശ്ചയിച്ച നാല്പത് രാത്രിയുടെ സമയപരിധി പൂര്ത്തിയായി. മൂസാ തന്റെ സഹോദരനായ ഹാറൂനോട് പറഞ്ഞു: (ഞാൻ പോയാൽ) എന്റെ ജനതയില് നീ എന്റെ പ്രതിനിധിയായി നിൽക്കുക. നീ നല്ലത് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും, കുഴപ്പക്കാരുടെ മാര്ഗം പിന്തുടരാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക.
