Translation of the meanings Ayah: (173) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
اَوْ تَقُوْلُوْۤا اِنَّمَاۤ اَشْرَكَ اٰبَآؤُنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَكُنَّا ذُرِّیَّةً مِّنْ بَعْدِهِمْ ۚ— اَفَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ الْمُبْطِلُوْنَ ۟
അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ 'മുമ്പ് തന്നെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പൂര്‍വ്വപിതാക്കള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവോട് പങ്കുചേര്‍ത്തിരുന്നു. ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവര്‍ക്കു ശേഷം സന്തതിപരമ്പരകളായി വന്നവര്‍ മാത്രമാണ്‌. എന്നിരിക്കെ ആ അസത്യവാദികള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചതിന്‍റെ പേരില്‍ നീ ഞങ്ങളെ നശിപ്പിക്കുകയാണോ' എന്ന് നിങ്ങള്‍ പറയാതിരിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടിയും ആണ് (അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തത്). (36)
36) അല്ലാഹുവിൻ്റെ അസ്ത്വിത്വവും ഏകത്വവുമൊക്കെ തനിക്ക് തീര്‍ത്തും അപരിചിതമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് അല്ലാഹുവിൻ്റെ മുമ്പില്‍ ഒരാള്‍ക്കും പറയാന്‍ കഴിയില്ല; സ്വന്തം മനസ്സാക്ഷിയെ വഞ്ചിച്ചു കൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ.
