Ayah: 3

وَالَّذِیْ قَدَّرَ فَهَدٰی ۟
വ്യവസ്ഥ നിര്‍ണയിച്ചു മാര്‍ഗദര്‍ശനം നല്‍കിയവനുമായവനെ.(1)
1) പ്രകൃതിയിലെ സചേതനവും അചേതനവുമായ മുഴുവന്‍ വസ്തുക്കള്‍ക്കും കണിശവും സൂക്ഷ്മവുമായ വ്യവസ്ഥ അല്ലാഹു നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഓരോ വസ്തുവും എങ്ങനെ വര്‍ത്തിക്കണമെന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച മാര്‍ഗദര്‍ശനവും അതോടൊപ്പം അവന്‍ നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
