സൂറത്തുൽ ഖദ്ർ
اِنَّاۤ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ فِیْ لَیْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ ۟ۚۙ
1) വിശുദ്ധഖുര്‍ആന്‍ അവതീര്‍ണമായ -അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ അവതരണമാരംഭിച്ച- രാത്രിയെ സൂറഃദുഖാനില്‍ ലൈലഃമുബാറക: എന്നും, ഇവിടെ ലൈലത്തുല്‍ ഖദ്ര്‍ എന്നും വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. 'ഖദ്ര്‍' എന്ന പദത്തിന് നിര്‍ണയം എന്നും മഹത്വം എന്നും അര്‍ത്ഥമുണ്ട്. വിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്‍ആന്റെ അവതരണം മനുഷ്യചരിത്രത്തിലെ തന്നെ ഒരു വഴിത്തിരിവാണ്. മാനവരാശിക്ക് മുഴുവന്‍ മാര്‍ഗദര്‍ശകമായി വിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ അവതരിച്ച രാത്രിക്ക് മറ്റു രാത്രികള്‍ക്കൊന്നും ഇല്ലാത്ത മഹത്വം അല്ലാഹു നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഈ രാത്രി റമദ്വാനിലാണെന്ന് വി.ഖു. 2:185 ല്‍ നിന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കാം. റമദ്വാനിലെ അവസാനത്തെ പത്തുരാത്രികളിലൊന്നാണ് അതെന്ന് ഹദീസുകള്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.

وَمَاۤ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا لَیْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ ۟ؕ

لَیْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ ۙ۬— خَیْرٌ مِّنْ اَلْفِ شَهْرٍ ۟ؕؔ

تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُ وَالرُّوْحُ فِیْهَا بِاِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ ۚ— مِنْ كُلِّ اَمْرٍ ۟ۙۛ
മലക്കുകളും ആത്മാവും(2) അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്‍റെ എല്ലാകാര്യത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുമുള്ള ഉത്തരവുമായി ആ രാത്രിയില്‍ ഇറങ്ങി വരുന്നു.
2) ഇവിടെ 'റൂഹ്' (ആത്മാവ്) എന്ന പദം കൊണ്ട് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ടത് ജിബ്‌രീല്‍ എന്ന മലക്കാണെന്നാണ് പ്രബലമായ അഭിപ്രായം.
