وَیٰقَوْمِ لَا یَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شِقَاقِیْۤ اَنْ یُّصِیْبَكُمْ مِّثْلُ مَاۤ اَصَابَ قَوْمَ نُوْحٍ اَوْ قَوْمَ هُوْدٍ اَوْ قَوْمَ صٰلِحٍ ؕ— وَمَا قَوْمُ لُوْطٍ مِّنْكُمْ بِبَعِیْدٍ ۟
८९. आणि हे माझ्या जनसमूहाच्या लोकांनो! कदाचित असे न व्हावे की तुम्ही माझ्या विरोधात येऊन त्या शिक्षा-यातनांना पात्र ठरावे ज्या नूहच्या जनसमूहावर आणि हूदच्या जनसमूहावर आणि सालेहच्या जनसमूहावर आल्या आणि लूतचा जनसमूह तर तुमच्यापासून किंचितही दूर नाही!
