فَاَعْرَضُوْا فَاَرْسَلْنَا عَلَیْهِمْ سَیْلَ الْعَرِمِ وَبَدَّلْنٰهُمْ بِجَنَّتَیْهِمْ جَنَّتَیْنِ ذَوَاتَیْ اُكُلٍ خَمْطٍ وَّاَثْلٍ وَّشَیْءٍ مِّنْ سِدْرٍ قَلِیْلٍ ۟
१६. परंतु त्यांनी तोंड फिरविले, मग आम्ही त्यांच्यावर वेगवान महापुराचे (पाणी) पाठविले आणि त्यांच्या (हिरव्या टवटवीत) बागांऐवजी दोन (अशा) बागा दिल्या, ज्या स्वादात कडवट आणि अधिकांश झाडे-झुडपे आणि काही बोरींची झाडे असलेल्या होत्या.
