Translation of the meanings Ayah: (96) Surah: Al-Baqarah
وَلَتَجِدَنَّهُمْ اَحْرَصَ النَّاسِ عَلٰی حَیٰوةٍ ۛۚ— وَمِنَ الَّذِیْنَ اَشْرَكُوْا ۛۚ— یَوَدُّ اَحَدُهُمْ لَوْ یُعَمَّرُ اَلْفَ سَنَةٍ ۚ— وَمَا هُوَ بِمُزَحْزِحِهٖ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ اَنْ یُّعَمَّرَ ؕ— وَاللّٰهُ بَصِیْرٌ بِمَا یَعْمَلُوْنَ ۟۠
९६) बरु हे नबी ! तिनीहरू सबभन्दा बढी जीवनप्रति मोह राख्नेहरू हुन् । र यो मोह तिनीहरूमा अल्लाहसँग अरुको साझेदारी ठहराउनेहरूभन्दा पनि बढी हुन्छ । तिनीहरूमध्ये हरेकले एक–एक हजार वर्षसम्म बाँच्ने इच्छा राख्दछ । तर यो लामो उमेरले पनि तिनलाई सजायबाट मुक्त गराउन सक्दैन, र जुन काम यिनीहरू गर्दछन् त्यसलाई अल्लाहले राम्रोसित देखिरहेको छ ।
