اُرْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَ ۚ— هٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌۢ بَارِدٌ وَّشَرَابٌ ۟
४२) (हामीले भन्यौं कि धरतीमाथि) आफ्नो लातले हान, (हेर), यो (मूल), नुहाउनको निम्ति चिसो र पिउनको निम्ति (मिठो) पानी हो ।’’
