اِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِیْنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ حِیْلَةً وَّلَا یَهْتَدُوْنَ سَبِیْلًا ۟ۙ
९८) तर ती पुरुष, र स्त्री र केटाकेटीहरू बाहेक जो साँच्चै कमजोर र अशक्त छन्, जोसँग न त कुनै साधन छ, न त कुनै जाने बाटोको ज्ञान ।
