Ayah: 17

وَاَمَّا ثَمُوْدُ فَهَدَیْنٰهُمْ فَاسْتَحَبُّوا الْعَمٰی عَلَی الْهُدٰی فَاَخَذَتْهُمْ صٰعِقَةُ الْعَذَابِ الْهُوْنِ بِمَا كَانُوْا یَكْسِبُوْنَ ۟ۚ
१७) अब समूद थिए कि उनीहरूलाई पनि हामीले सोझो मार्ग देखाएका थियौं, तर उनीहरूले मार्गदर्शनको सट्टा अन्धा रह्नु नै रुचाए । परिणामस्वरूप उनीहरूले गरेका कामको बदलामा अपमानजनक यातनाको बज्रपातले उनीहरूलाई आइसमात्यो ।
