إِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗا

Isaan dadhaboo malee. dhiiraa, dubartootaafi ijoollee irraakan ta’an, kan mala baafachuu hin dandeenyeefi karaa hin qajeelle (deemsa hindandeenye) (malee).
