یُعَذِّبُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَرْحَمُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ ۚ— وَاِلَیْهِ تُقْلَبُوْنَ ۟
چا ته چې وغواړي عذابوي يې او چا ته چې وغواړي رحم پرې كوي او تاسي به همغه ته ورګرځول كېږئ.
