رَفِیْعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ ۚ— یُلْقِی الرُّوْحَ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ عَلٰی مَنْ یَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ لِیُنْذِرَ یَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ ۟ۙ
د اوچتو درجو والا، د عرش څښتن، رالیږي وحې په خپلو بندګانو کې چا ته یې چې وغواړي [له نبیانو] دې لپاره چې وویروي [خلک] د یو ځای کېدلو له ورځې څخه.
