لَا یَسْبِقُوْنَهٗ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِاَمْرِهٖ یَعْمَلُوْنَ ۟
د هغه له اجازې پرته خبره نه کوي او یوازې د هغه په امر کار ته وړاندې کیږي.
