وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِیْ كُلِّ قَرْیَةٍ نَّذِیْرًا ۟ؗۖ
که مونږ غوښتي وای نو په هر کلي[۵] کې به مو یو ډاروونکی لیږلی وو.
[۵] په هر کلي کې به مو یو پیغمبر لیږلی وو خو مونږ داسې ونه کړل بلکې ته مو د ټول بشر لپاره ولیږلې نو ځکه ته باید د هیڅ کافر پسې ولاړ نه شې( فتح القدیر).
