یُعَذِّبُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَرْحَمُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ ۚ— وَاِلَیْهِ تُقْلَبُوْنَ ۟
چاته چې وغواړي عذاب ورکوي او چا ته يي چې خوښه شي رحم پرې کوي، او خاص د هغه لور ته تاسې ور تاوه ول کیږئ.
