Ayah: 15

رَفِیْعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ ۚ— یُلْقِی الرُّوْحَ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ عَلٰی مَنْ یَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ لِیُنْذِرَ یَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ ۟ۙ
40-15 (دغه الله) د اوچتو درجو والا (د درجو اوچتونكى) دى، د عرش مالك دى، په خپلو بنده ګانو كې په چا چې وغواړي، په خپل حكم سره وحي نازلوي، د دې لپاره چې دغه(بنده خلقو لره) د ملاقات له ورځې نه ووېروي
