Translation of the meanings Ayah: (86) Surah: Al-Kahf
حَتّٰۤی اِذَا بَلَغَ مَغْرِبَ الشَّمْسِ وَجَدَهَا تَغْرُبُ فِیْ عَیْنٍ حَمِئَةٍ وَّوَجَدَ عِنْدَهَا قَوْمًا ؕ۬— قُلْنَا یٰذَا الْقَرْنَیْنِ اِمَّاۤ اَنْ تُعَذِّبَ وَاِمَّاۤ اَنْ تَتَّخِذَ فِیْهِمْ حُسْنًا ۟
[روزی در زمین به راه افتاد] تا به محل غروب خورشید رسید. [چنین به نظرش رسید] که خورشید در چشمه‌ای گرم و گِل‌آلود غروب می‌کند و در [نزدیکیِ] آنجا قومی [کافر] یافت. [به او] گفتیم: «ای ذوالقرنین، یا [آنان را] مجازات می‌کنی یا در میانشان [رفتار] نیکویی پیش می‌گیری».
