Ayah: 171

وَمَثَلُ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا كَمَثَلِ الَّذِیْ یَنْعِقُ بِمَا لَا یَسْمَعُ اِلَّا دُعَآءً وَّنِدَآءً ؕ— صُمٌّۢ بُكْمٌ عُمْیٌ فَهُمْ لَا یَعْقِلُوْنَ ۟
مَثَل [دعوت تو ـ ای محمد ـ برای هدایتِ این] کافران، همچون کسی است که چهارپایی را صدا می‌زند ولی آن [چهارپا] چیزی جز صدا و آوایی نمی‌شنود؛ [و حقیقت آن را درک نمی‌کند. این کافران نیز چنین‌اند که در مواجهه با حق،] کر و لال و کور هستند و از این رو نمی‌اندیشند.
