هٰذَا بَیَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًی وَّمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِیْنَ ۟
این [قرآن،] بیانی آشکار برای مردم و هدایت و اندرزی برای پرهیزگاران است.
