Ayah: 165

اَوَلَمَّاۤ اَصَابَتْكُمْ مُّصِیْبَةٌ قَدْ اَصَبْتُمْ مِّثْلَیْهَا ۙ— قُلْتُمْ اَنّٰی هٰذَا ؕ— قُلْ هُوَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اَنْفُسِكُمْ ؕ— اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰی كُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ ۟
[ای مؤمنان،] آیا چون [در جنگ اُحُد] به شما مصیبتى رسید ـ [با آنكه در جنگ بدر] دو برابرش را [به دشمنان خود] رساندید ـ گفتید: «این [مصیبت‌] از كجا [به ما] رسید؟» [ای پیامبر،] بگو: «آن [شکست] از جانب خودتان [و نتیجۀ نافرمانی از دستور پیامبر] است». بی‌گمان، الله بر هر کاری تواناست.
