لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلٰۤی اَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ ۟

یقیناً فرمان [عذاب الهی] بر بیشتر آنان تحقق یافته است؛ پس [لجاجت می‌کنند و] ایمان نمی‌آورند.
