Translation of the meanings Ayah: (34) Surah: Al-Anfāl

Ayah: 34

وَمَا لَهُمْ اَلَّا یُعَذِّبَهُمُ اللّٰهُ وَهُمْ یَصُدُّوْنَ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَمَا كَانُوْۤا اَوْلِیَآءَهٗ ؕ— اِنْ اَوْلِیَآؤُهٗۤ اِلَّا الْمُتَّقُوْنَ وَلٰكِنَّ اَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ ۟
و چرا الله آنان را [در آخرت‌] عذاب نكند، با اینكه آنان [مردم را] از [طواف و عبادت در] مسجدالحرام بازمى‌دارند؟ و [مشرکان] هرگز دوستان الله نبوده‌اند؛ [زیرا] دوستان الله کسی جز پرهیزگاران نیستند؛ ولى بیشتر آنان نمى‌دانند.
