Ayah: 3

كِتٰبٌ فُصِّلَتْ اٰیٰتُهٗ قُرْاٰنًا عَرَبِیًّا لِّقَوْمٍ یَّعْلَمُوْنَ ۟ۙ
کتابی است که آیات آن به بهترین و کامل‌ترین وجه بیان شده است، و قرآنی به زبانی عربی نازل شده برای مردمی که می‌دانند؛ زیرا اینها همان کسانی هستند که از معانی قرآن، و هدایت به‌سوی حق که در آن وجود دارد سود می‌برند.

• تعطيل الكافرين لوسائل الهداية عندهم يعني بقاءهم على الكفر.
عدم استفادۀ کافران از وسایل هدایت؛ به معنای باقی‌ماندن آنها در کفر است.
• بيان منزلة الزكاة، وأنها ركن من أركان الإسلام.
بیان جایگاه زکات، و اینکه یکی از ارکان اسلام است.
• استسلام الكون لله وانقياده لأمره سبحانه بكل ما فيه.
تسلیم ‌بودنِ تمام هستی در برابر الله و فرمان‌برداری از امر او سبحانه.
