Ayah: 4

بَشِیْرًا وَّنَذِیْرًا ۚ— فَاَعْرَضَ اَكْثَرُهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا یَسْمَعُوْنَ ۟
مژده‌ دهندۀ مؤمنان به پاداش بزرگی که الله برای‌شان آماده ساخته است، و ترسانندۀ کافران از عذاب دردناک الله است، اما بیشتر آنها از قرآن رویگردان شدند، و هدایت موجود در آن را به نیت قبول کردن گوش نمی‌کنند.

• تعطيل الكافرين لوسائل الهداية عندهم يعني بقاءهم على الكفر.
عدم استفادۀ کافران از وسایل هدایت؛ به معنای باقی‌ماندن آنها در کفر است.
• بيان منزلة الزكاة، وأنها ركن من أركان الإسلام.
بیان جایگاه زکات، و اینکه یکی از ارکان اسلام است.
• استسلام الكون لله وانقياده لأمره سبحانه بكل ما فيه.
تسلیم ‌بودنِ تمام هستی در برابر الله و فرمان‌برداری از امر او سبحانه.
