مَا الْقَارِعَةُ ۟ۚ

﴿ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ﴾ از نام‌های روز قیامت است، و به «قارعه» نامگذاری شده است؛ چون مردم را فرو می‌کوبد و وحشت‌هایش آنان را پریشان می‌گرداند. بنابراین آن را مهم و بزرگ برشمرد و فرمود: (﴿ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡقَارِعَةُ))
