Ayah: 67

اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰیَةً ؕ— وَمَا كَانَ اَكْثَرُهُمْ مُّؤْمِنِیْنَ ۟
بی‌گمان ماجرای نجات مؤمنان، و غرق شدن کافران، نشانه‌ای است بزرگ که بر راست بودن آنچه موسی آورده است، و بر بطلانِ باور و عقیدۀ فرعون و قومش دلالت می‌کند. ﴿وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ﴾ اما با وجود این نشانه‌های بزرگ که سبب ایمان می‌گردد، آنها ایمان نیاوردند؛ چرا که دل‌هایشان فاسد بود.
