Translation of the meanings Ayah: (53) Surah: Al-Qamar
وَكُلُّ صَغِیْرٍ وَّكَبِیْرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ ۟
﴿وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٖ وَكَبِيرٖ مُّسۡتَطَرٌ﴾ و هر کوچک و بزرگی مکتوب می‌باشد. و این حقیقت تقدیر و قضا است؛ خداوند هر چیزی را دانسته، و نزد خودش در لوح محفوظ نگاشته و ثبت کرده است. پس هر آنچه خدا بخواهد می‌شود، و هرآنچه نخواهد نمی‌شود، و هر آنچه که به انسان می‌رسد امکان نداشته که به او نرسد، و هر آنچه که به انسان رسیده امکان نداشته که به او اصابت نکند.
