Ayah: 3

وَالَّذِیْ قَدَّرَ فَهَدٰی ۟
﴿وَٱلَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ﴾ خداوند همه چیز را اندازه‌گیری کرده و همۀ مخلوقات را به اندازه راه نموده است. این هدایتِ عام است که هر مخلوقی را به آنچه صلاح او در آن است هدایت کرده است.
