Ayah: 72

فَاِنْ تَوَلَّیْتُمْ فَمَا سَاَلْتُكُمْ مِّنْ اَجْرٍ ؕ— اِنْ اَجْرِیَ اِلَّا عَلَی اللّٰهِ ۙ— وَاُمِرْتُ اَنْ اَكُوْنَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِیْنَ ۟
72਼ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ ਵੀ ਲਓ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਥੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਮੇਰਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈ` ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਗਿਆਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋਵਾਂ।
