ਸੂਰਤ ਅਲ-ਹੁਮਾਜ਼ਾ

Ayah: 1

وَیْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةِ ۟ۙ
1਼ ਹਰ ਤਾਅਨੇ-ਮਿਹਨੇ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇ ਬੁਰਾਈਆਂ ਦੀ ਟੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ (ਵਿਅਕਤੀ) ਲਈ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਹੈ।1

Ayah: 2

١لَّذِیْ جَمَعَ مَالًا وَّعَدَّدَهٗ ۟ۙ
2਼ (ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਵੀ) ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਧਨ-ਦੌਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਣ ਗਿਣ ਰੱਖਿਆ।

یَحْسَبُ اَنَّ مَالَهٗۤ اَخْلَدَهٗ ۟ۚ
3਼ ਉਹ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਜੀਊਂਦਾ ਰੱਖੇਗਾ।

كَلَّا لَیُنْۢبَذَنَّ فِی الْحُطَمَةِ ۟ؗۖ
4਼ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਹੀ ‘ਹੋਤਾਮਾਂ’ ਵਿਚ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

وَمَاۤ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ ۟ؕ
5਼ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ (ਹੋਤਾਮਾਂ) ਕੀ ਹੈ ?

نَارُ اللّٰهِ الْمُوْقَدَةُ ۟ۙ
6਼ ਉਹ ਅੱਲਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭੜਕਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਅੱਗ ਹੈ।

الَّتِیْ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَی الْاَفْـِٕدَةِ ۟ؕ
7਼ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗੀ।

اِنَّهَا عَلَیْهِمْ مُّؤْصَدَةٌ ۟ۙ
8਼ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਉਹ (ਅੱਗ) ਉਹਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ (ਹਰ ਪਾਸਿਓਂ) ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
