Translation of the meanings Ayah: (13) Surah: Ar-Ra‘d
وَیُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهٖ وَالْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُ مِنْ خِیْفَتِهٖ ۚ— وَیُرْسِلُ الصَّوَاعِقَ فَیُصِیْبُ بِهَا مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَهُمْ یُجَادِلُوْنَ فِی اللّٰهِ ۚ— وَهُوَ شَدِیْدُ الْمِحَالِ ۟ؕ
13਼ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੜਕ 2 ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਤਸਬੀਹ (ਪਾਕੀ ਬਿਆਨ) ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਵੀ ਉਹਦੇ ਡਰ-ਖ਼ੌਫ਼ ਤੋਂ (ਕੰਬਦੇ ਹੋਏ) ਉਹਦੀ ਤਸਬੀਹ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹੀ (ਅਕਾਸ਼ੋਂ) ਕੜਕਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਜਲੀਆਂ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ (ਥਾਂ) ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਡੇਗ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਉਹ (ਕਾਫ਼ਿਰ) ਅੱਲਾਹ ਬਾਰੇ ਝਗੜ ਰਹੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ,ਵਾਸਤਵ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਚਾਲ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
2 ਕੁੱਝ .ਕੁਰਆਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਖਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਲ-ਰਾਅਦ ਇਕ ਫ਼ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੱਖ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਅੱਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੀ ਥਾਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰਤਾ ਤੇ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। (ਤਫ਼ਸੀਰ ਅਲ-ਕੁਰਤਬੀ 296/9)
