قَالَ اَرَاغِبٌ اَنْتَ عَنْ اٰلِهَتِیْ یٰۤاِبْرٰهِیْمُ ۚ— لَىِٕنْ لَّمْ تَنْتَهِ لَاَرْجُمَنَّكَ وَاهْجُرْنِیْ مَلِیًّا ۟

46਼ (ਪਿਤਾ) ਆਜ਼ਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਇਬਰਾਹੀਮ! ਕੀ ਤੈਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਇਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਫੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ? ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਬਾਜ਼ ਨਾ ਆਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਪੱਥਰ ਮਾਰ-ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਚਲਿਆ ਜਾ।
