وَكَانَ فِی الْمَدِیْنَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ یُّفْسِدُوْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَلَا یُصْلِحُوْنَ ۟

48਼ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਨੋ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਧਰਤੀ ’ਤੇ ਫ਼ਸਾਦ ਫ਼ੈਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਕਰਦੇ।
