Ayah: 8

لِّیَسْـَٔلَ الصّٰدِقِیْنَ عَنْ صِدْقِهِمْ ۚ— وَاَعَدَّ لِلْكٰفِرِیْنَ عَذَابًا اَلِیْمًا ۟۠

8਼ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ (ਅੱਲਾਹ) ਸੱਚੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ (ਪੈਗ਼ੰਬਰ) ਤੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ (ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਣ) ਦੀ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਬਾਰੇ (ਕਿਆਮਤ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ) ਪੁੱਛ-ਗਿੱਛ ਕਰੇ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਾਫ਼ਿਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਅਜ਼ਾਬ (ਨਰਕ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਆਦਿ) ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ।
