Translation of the meanings Ayah: (16) Surah: Saba’
فَاَعْرَضُوْا فَاَرْسَلْنَا عَلَیْهِمْ سَیْلَ الْعَرِمِ وَبَدَّلْنٰهُمْ بِجَنَّتَیْهِمْ جَنَّتَیْنِ ذَوَاتَیْ اُكُلٍ خَمْطٍ وَّاَثْلٍ وَّشَیْءٍ مِّنْ سِدْرٍ قَلِیْلٍ ۟
16਼ ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ (ਬਸਤੀਆਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ) ਨੇ (ਸ਼ੁਕਰ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ) ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ ਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ-ਤੋੜ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ (ਹਰੇ ਭਰੇ) ਬਾਗ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਾਗ਼ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਫਲ ਬੇ-ਸੁਆਦੇ ਕੌੜੇ-ਕੁਸੈਲੇ, ਝਾਊ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਬੇਰੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਸਨ।
