Translation of the meanings Ayah: (9) Surah: Az-Zumar
اَمَّنْ هُوَ قَانِتٌ اٰنَآءَ الَّیْلِ سَاجِدًا وَّقَآىِٕمًا یَّحْذَرُ الْاٰخِرَةَ وَیَرْجُوْا رَحْمَةَ رَبِّهٖ ؕ— قُلْ هَلْ یَسْتَوِی الَّذِیْنَ یَعْلَمُوْنَ وَالَّذِیْنَ لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ ؕ— اِنَّمَا یَتَذَكَّرُ اُولُوا الْاَلْبَابِ ۟۠
9਼ ਕੀ (ਮੁਸ਼ਰਿਕ ਵਧੀਆ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ) ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਰਾਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਘੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਿਜਦਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਖੜਾ-ਖੜਾ (ਅੱਲਾਹ ਦੀ) ਇਬਾਦਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ? (ਹੇ ਨਬੀ!) ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛੋ, ਕੀ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਿਆਨੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ? ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਅਕਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੀ ਨਸੀਹਤ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
