Translation of the meanings Ayah: (18) Surah: An-Nisā’
وَلَیْسَتِ التَّوْبَةُ لِلَّذِیْنَ یَعْمَلُوْنَ السَّیِّاٰتِ ۚ— حَتّٰۤی اِذَا حَضَرَ اَحَدَهُمُ الْمَوْتُ قَالَ اِنِّیْ تُبْتُ الْـٰٔنَ وَلَا الَّذِیْنَ یَمُوْتُوْنَ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ ؕ— اُولٰٓىِٕكَ اَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا اَلِیْمًا ۟
18਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੌਬਾ ਕਬੂਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਭੈੜੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੀਕ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਵੇਲਾ ਆ ਪੁੱਜਦਾ ਹੇ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੇ ਕਿ “ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਤੌਬਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ” ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੌਬਾ ਵੀ ਕਬੂਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਾਫ਼ਿਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੀ ਮਰ ਜਾਣ। ਇਹੋ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਸਾਂ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਅਜ਼ਾਬ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਹੇ।
