Translation of the meanings Ayah: (63) Surah: Al-An‘ām
قُلْ مَنْ یُّنَجِّیْكُمْ مِّنْ ظُلُمٰتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ تَدْعُوْنَهٗ تَضَرُّعًا وَّخُفْیَةً ۚ— لَىِٕنْ اَنْجٰىنَا مِنْ هٰذِهٖ لَنَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الشّٰكِرِیْنَ ۟
63਼ (ਹੇ ਨਬੀ!) ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛੋ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੌਣ ਹੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਥਲ (ਧਰਤੀ) ਅਤੇ ਜਲ (ਦਰਿਆਵਾਂ) ਦੇ ਹਨੇਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਤਰਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੇ ? ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਿੰਨਤਾਂ ਤਰਲੇ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਅਰਦਾਸਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹਨਾਂ (ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ) ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਲਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਹੀ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹੋਵਾਂਗੇ।
