فِيٓ أَدۡنَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ غَلَبِهِمۡ سَيَغۡلِبُونَ

3. в ближайшей земле [в ближайшей к персам и арабам земле римлян, в Палестине], но они [римляне] после победы их [победы персов] (тоже) победят
