هُوَ الَّذِیْ یُرِیْكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَّطَمَعًا وَّیُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ ۟ۚ

ඔහු වනාහි බියක් හා (වැසි) බලාපොරොත්තුවක් ලෙසින් විදුලි කෙටීම නුඹලාට පෙන්වන්නා ය. තවද ඔහු ඝන වලාකුළු නිර්මාණය කරයි.
