Ayah: 1

الٓمّٓ ۟ۚ
අලිෆ්, ලාම්, මීම්.

غُلِبَتِ الرُّوْمُ ۟ۙ
රෝමය පරාජයට පත් කරනු ලැබී ය.

فِیْۤ اَدْنَی الْاَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَیَغْلِبُوْنَ ۟ۙ
රෝම රාජ්‍යය (අසල පිහිටි) පහත් භූමියෙහි ඔවුන් පරාජයට පත් කරනු ලැබුවායින් පසු ඔවුන් (නැවත) මතු ජයග්‍රහණය කරනු ඇත.

فِیْ بِضْعِ سِنِیْنَ ؕ۬— لِلّٰهِ الْاَمْرُ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمِنْ بَعْدُ ؕ— وَیَوْمَىِٕذٍ یَّفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ ۟ۙ
(එය) වසර කිහිපයක් තුළ වේ. පෙර හා පසු සියලු බලය අල්ලාහ් සතු ය. තවද එදින දේවත්වය විශ්වාස කරන්නෝ සතුටු වෙති.

بِنَصْرِ اللّٰهِ ؕ— یَنْصُرُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ ؕ— وَهُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الرَّحِیْمُ ۟ۙ
අල්ලාහ්ගේ උදව්ව මඟින් (ඔවුහු සතුටු වෙති). ඔහු අභිමත කරන අයට උදව් කරයි. තවද ඔහු සර්ව බලධාරී ය; මහා කරුණාවන්ත ය.
